In 1889 Dr Thaddeus Northcote fell victim to a curse by his spurned mistress, Egyptian Selima Al-Sharad, and died in the garden of his house, Green Lanterns,in mysterious circumstances that were never explained. Jonathan and Emily's friend Joey, new assistant to Jonathan's boss Adam, discover that Emily is guilty - of a fatality from twenty years previously,and the real killer is exacting a personal revenge on her.
