Fashion designer Sharman Choi succeeds with the backing of Ms. Kim Mun-ja. However, Sharman gets enthralled with the Korean-American Ju Eun-mong and betrays Mun-ja. Mun-ja truly loved Sharman. But she ends up getting killed by Byun Su-rin. Sharman also feels threatened by the demonic love of Su-rin. He plans to escape to America with Eun-mong. He kills Su-rin and disguises her death to look like a train accident. However, Sharman is tormented by Su-rin's voice night after night. Finally, he is caught by the investigators. It turns out this was all planned by Eun-mong in order to get Sharman's inheritance.

After getting a tip from RUN RUN, an otherworldly boy who seems to know more than he should about everything, Sonny tracks down the residence of his former teacher. Realizing he has been followed, he chases the spy to an underworld bar where he meets LILLY FOX, the beautiful daughter of underworld figure WEI LO. But when Wei Lo finds him there, supernatural kung fu action explodes, and Sonny realizes he has stepped through ito in a world very different than his own.

The title says it all. The movements in this black-and-white animation are governed by an echo. The flow of images creates a chain of associations. A pot-bellied creature with a tiny face roams the world. There are also other creatures, similarly pot-bellied, with stilt-like arms. This gives them a mobility which affords them new points of view. The swamp provides shade for their heads, the rhythm of the tambourines makes their bellies sway. The film follows these faceless creatures with minimal movements which focus only on the essentials.
