Soon after this, he treats a young woman cruelly and then notices that his portrait seems to look meaner than it used to. Eventually, he cannot endure the portrait and hides it in the attic. As the years pass, he becomes ever more unscrupulous and dissolute. His friends remark how he is as handsome as ever and never seems to age. But up in the attic, his picture becomes uglier with his sinful ways

DJ Sabu's overactive libido leads him into teenaged pregnancy. His mythic quest for two thousand boys ends with Happy, a paranoid UFO-ologist to whom aliens promise to appear (as his love child). Spanky is an evil hairdresser trying to foil Sabu's mission, he is the self-proclaimed 'biggest bitch in the world.' When several people are brutally murdered at a service station, Jane Halifax lends her forensic psychiatric skills to the police investigation that immediately follows. As the case progresses, she establishes a strange rapport with Ray Harvey, a mechanic that is the principal witness to the killings, as they both struggle with internal demons involving the loss of loved ones. Meanwhile Senior Detective Eric Ringer starts to seek more from Jane than a professional relationship. In an ironic reversal of roles, Jane finds herself in counseling sessions with another psychiatrist, who probes Jane's lingering conflicts with her deceased father.

Hye-yeon is a fashion designer who adopts and raises the child of a man she once loved. For her daughter Ga-hee, Hye-yeon is the only parent she knows. One day, Hye-yeon is shocked to find out that her daughter has become close with her lover Min-joon and seeks Kim's counsel and finds out that Ga-hee's biological mother has been released from jail. Hye-yeon decides to end it with Min-joon and Ga-hee meets her mother Sung-ae who served 19 years for killing her husband. Sung-ae tells her that Hye-yeon is her only mother. Ga-hee begins to regret her actions.
