An absurd tragic-comic story about the bored and self-centered Mr B, who secretly dreams of being acknowledged by his everyday travel companions as a distinguished and entertaining man. The story of the seventh pullet comes to his rescue, for a while.

Good-looking middle-class boy, arrested because of a minor offense (a fight in a bar), is put in a fetid small cell with six dangerous and poor criminals, and ends up being brutally raped. In "Barrela" everything happens in a prison cell. Six men discuss their problems, fight their own ghosts and have their conflicts. There's a man who happens to be the sheriff (the one all the others must obey), a mental disturbed guy and some others criminals who then receive a seventh member there. It's a heavy atmosphere from the beginning to the end of the film (that is just 72 minutes long). It was adapted form a play and it keeps the taste of theatre.
